Predictive Analytics Company Doubles Customer Wins and Bookings

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – November 5, 2013 AgilOne, the cloud-based predictive marketing company, today announced that it is continuing to experience solid growth, doubling both new customer wins and bookings in Q3 2013 over the same period in 2012.

Customer Momentum

AgilOne welcomed several new customers to its roster during Q3 2013 including HealthyPets, PETstock, Sealed With a Kiss Designs, VideoPlus and William H. Sadlier, Inc. The company experienced very strong traction in the retail market in particular because retailers understand how important it is to know customers inside and out. Analytics technology from AgilOne is helping retailers in their quest to improve a customer’s lifetime value.

Partner Momentum

AgilOne also brought on new partners in Q3 2013 including Tealium and Acxiom. Tealium, the leader in enterprise tag management and digital data distribution, partnered with AgilOne to make AgilOne web tag information available directly in the Tealium iQ tag management system. This allows marketers to minimize IT involvement and get started with the AgilOne platform in a matter of minutes.

Acxiom also partnered with AgilOne to create AgilOne for Audience Operating System (AOS) that allows marketers to better retain and reactivate key customers. AgilOne for AOS is the simplest way for AOS marketers to connect first-party and third-party customer data, and customers can be up-and-running in minutes.

Product Developments

On the product side, AgilOne added several new features to its predictive marketing platform to help marketers do their jobs even better. Some of the features are as follows:

  • Business Scorecards – Business Scorecards are available with AgilOne Enterprise Edition and provide marketers with visibility into marketing activities and performance across multiple channels.
  • Digital Actions – Digital Actions is available with AgilOne Digital Edition and provides marketers with ten intelligent predictive campaigns right out-of-the-box.
  • Multi-tab Dashboards – Multi-tab Dashboards are available across the entire AgilOne platform which allows users to create an unlimited number of dashboards while keeping key insights well-organized.
  • Emailable Reports – Emailable Reports are available across the entire AgilOne platform that allows users to receive daily or weekly reports loaded with customer insights.

AgilOne also created new connectors for Salesforce and Marketo so that marketers can access data from AgilOne and these third-party applications simultaneously. This means that valuable customer data is no longer in silos, and users do not need to log out of one system to get to the other.

Executive Team Expansion

To further drive AgilOne’s continued growth, the company hired Dietrich Chen as the VP of customer strategy. In his role, he will be available to provide strategic marketing and customer loyalty advice to AgilOne prospects and customers.

Chen comes to AgilOne from Peppers & Rogers Group where he served as a principal consultant and published works on topics like customer trust, customer advocacy and social media engagement with customers. He has a Ph.D from Cornell University and has been an adjunct professor of management science at the University of Miami School of Business Administration.
