AgilOne’s very own Client Success Manager, Robin Baskin is a shining star in the e-commerce industry and we are lucky enough to have snagged her as our own just a few weeks back.
Prior to joining us at AgilOne, Robin was an independent consultant, working with e-tailers and agencies. She has been in the e-commerce industry for over 13 years, and has had the unique experience of being on the client, agency, consultant sides of business and now the vendor side. Needless to say, Robin is one smart cookie and we’re so happy to have her with us at AgilOne.
There is no one standard work day for Robin. She is constantly buzzing around working with clients to support their reporting/analysis needs to grow their business, and thinking of ways to enhance the AgilOne products.
When I asked her what she liked the most about working at AgilOne, Robin said that even though the range of snacks provided in the kitchen was a close call, she said that she loved the energy and innovation every single member brought to the team, and was always amused at how some of the afternoon ping pong games at the office could get brutally competitive. She also added that she’s specifically looking forward to attending AgilOne’s 2013 Predictive Marketing Revolution Tour in Philadelphia this upcoming August 13th. Robin’s especially enthused to speak with current and potential customers and hear their experiences with predictive marketing and leverage their insights for AgilOne.
Located in Philadelphia, Robin says that her favorite thing about having relocated there 4 years ago is having green space, and the opportunity to fulfill her life dream - to own a horse. Aside from her love for horses; in Robin’s downtime, she is learning how to garden and loves reading anything written by Malcolm Gladwell.
She told us, that if any of her Mountain View coworkers ever came out to visit she would highly recommend to checkout all the historic sites that offer an an amazing amount of American history there; the Philadelphia Art museum (Trivia bonus: Rocky ran up those steps), and the Terminal Market if you are a foodie and want to experience every type of food possible.
Robin Fun Fact: She and her husband raise honey bees. They currently have 7 hives.
