37% of digital carts are made via mobile!

Mobile devices are the magic channel that is top of mind for retailers in 2016. They can bridge the gap between in-store & online experiences, and mobile devices can make it easier for customers to incorporate a brand into their everyday life. So, when it comes to a digital cart made during shopping online (both abandoned carts & ones that ended in a transaction), we asked - how many carts are created on a mobile devices (phones and tablets) vs. desktop?

We pulled customer data from 55 of our retail clients and got these results  - 25% of digital carts are made on phones, 12% are made via tablets, and 63% are made through a desktop.
